FAQs

If you need us to get some supplies, we can do that. We will charge a $20.00 trip fee and leave you the receipt(s) showing the amount we need to be reimbursed.

We will provide plastic bags to collect the waste and dispose of it away from your home.

We will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. Please inform us of the designated area for appropriate cleaning supplies. If there are accidents above and beyond the normal amount anticipated, we will charge a reasonable fee for extra clean up.

The main things that we will need access to while pet sitting are the following: food, treats, toys, leash & collar, garbage bags, litter & scooper, drying towel, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and any special medical instructions and medications.

If you return home early, please notify us immediately. If, however, you do not notify us of an early return and we make a trip and find you home, the regular per visit charge applies.

We understand your plans change and we generally do not charge for cancellations with adequate notice. However, please understand that pet sitting services and kennels receive more requests for reservations than they can handle during holiday time periods and we may have turned away other clients because we have reserved time for you. Please notify us of cancellations as soon as possible. If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the date of the first visit, a $20.00 cancellation fee will apply.

We prefer Email requests at NotHomeAlone@centurylink.net This way we have a printout of exactly the dates and time you need covered. You may also call our office at (281) 782-2539.
